No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any paid fees.

Minors
If minors are allowed to attend events, parental consent and supervision requirements must be adhered to. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Ticket Transfers
Event tickets or registrations may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. You must notify us of the transfer and provide the new participant’s details in advance of the event.
Right to Refuse Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or inappropriate behaviour.
Code of Conduct for Online Events
For online events, participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate equipment. Disruptive behaviour in virtual environments, including inappropriate use of chat functions, unmuting microphones without permission or sharing inappropriate content, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
COVID-19 or Health Crisis Clause
Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19 or any other health crisis as directed by us or the venue. This may include wearing masks, social distancing and other measures.
Feedback and Surveys
We may request feedback or conduct surveys to improve our events and services. Participation is voluntary but encouraged.
